Ferda Ozcan, our Community Campaigns Officer, shares her inspiring work on the Medical English ESOL for Women course.
This video showcases a powerful initiative designed to support women whose first language is not English, helping them to better understand medical terminology, communicate confidently with healthcare professionals, and navigate the NHS with ease.
The video also features classroom clips and concludes with heartfelt testimonials from some of the participants.
